Milo is an experience design leader with more than a decade of experience leading ambitious UX/UI projects and shaping digital products, platforms and brand experiences. He combines a deep understanding of users and business needs with a strong command of digital craft, visual design and frontend logic. His strength lies in turning complexity into clear, structured and highly usable experiences. Translating intricate problems into precise interaction systems that feel intuitive, distinctive and built to last.

He joined Hinderling Volkart in 2011 and grew from designer to Experience Director and Team Lead, later shaping the experience discipline for DEPT across the DACH region. His work sits behind some of Switzerland’s most recognised digital platforms and product experiences, including Switzerland Tourism, Swiss International Airlines and Ricola. Across travel, commerce and brand systems, Milo turns complexity into interfaces that feel clear, alive and unmistakably premium.

At HEART, Milo is responsible for the moments where strategy becomes experience: the user journeys, interaction logic, motion, feedback and details that make people trust a product, enjoy using it and remember the brand behind it.
