Beat Muttenzer is an entrepreneur and organisational strategist with more than twenty years of experience turning ambitious digital teams into focused, high-performing businesses. As Managing Director Switzerland at DEPT, he carried country responsibility through a major integration phase, bringing technology, marketing, design and operations closer together without losing the agency culture that makes great work possible.

His expertise sits at the intersection of leadership, operating models and commercial judgement. A long-time advocate of self-managed teams, Beat has helped organisations move beyond “doing agile” towards truly adaptive cultures: clear ownership, fast decisions, strong collaboration and enough structure for creativity to scale.

More recently, Beat’s focus has shifted to technology-driven organisational development, with artificial intelligence increasingly at its centre. He works with leadership teams to rework setup and roles, so AI changes how things actually get done. As the challenge of AI transformation is rarely the technology itself, it’s the organisational redesign required to put it to work.
